Our Experience
We've been in the Common Interest Community/Association industry for approximately 5 years. As a new company, we are striving to provide the utmost customer service and "go the extra mile" with all of our clients, in order to earn your business. We don't just prepare a written document and disappear like other companies will; we are available for conferences, board meetings, Q&A sessions, etc. We know that customer service includes working with the customer, and we want to work WITH YOU to provide the absolute best experience with all of your reserve study and consulting needs.
Our Approach
Our service includes a comprehensive consult to help identify gaps and opportunities with prior reserve study funding plans and budgeting. We don't just send you a massive document and vanish. Our services include availability for board meetings and workshops to go over reserve funding needs, both in person and virtual conference calls. Reserve studies should be re-evaluated at least annually during budget season, and we can help with this process. An "every five years" mentality is unwise, so we pride ourselves in being available for consults so that you can ensure you stay on track from year to year.

Some reserve consulting companies charge astronomical amounts of money to prepare a document and then disappear, and not be readily available to answer questions about the results, or assist in a budgeting plan to put the Association on the right path from year to year.
